Restaurant menus are formal! But we enjoy foie gras all the year round. And to make the occasion even more appealing and help Chefs with the preparation of their appetiser boards, salads or other gourmet preparations, Sarrade is launching its mini bloc of foie gras bites, suitable for all uses!
Practical and flavoursome, the Mini Bouchées Sarrade, allied to the inspiration of Chefs, enable foie gras to be presented in different ways. To add flavouring to meat as a culinary aid when cooking, to garnish a variation on landaise salad, or on a board, freshly prepared with crème brûlée!
Like all Sarrade duck specialities, the Mini Bouchées are all sourced from our 100% French chain integrated into the Groupe Coopératif Maïsadour. The traceability and quality of the products are therefore totally assured.
Each of the small bites (9g) is individually frozen to preserve the shape and texture, for an attractive and refined product. This also allows full control over the cost per portion, by only having the required quantity of bites.
