Sarrade pulled duck to feed the culinary imagination
Working very closely with Chefs, Sarrade is committed to providing solutions which will make day-to-day life in the kitchen easier. With this in mind, it has just launched a brand-new specialty: pulled duck
Like all the products in the Sarrade range, this recipe is made exclusively from ducks that are 100% French. It cleverly combines all the advantages:
- Appetising, since it is made from confit duck legs pulled by hand in our plants
- Practical, as it is easy to prepare in the kitchen and provides complete control over the cost per portion
- Adaptable: as the product is not seasoned, it is perfect for giving full rein to Chefs’ creativity!
The product comes in a vacuum-sealed bag (600g), and Sarrade's pulled duck recipe is available either fresh or frozen, depending on your cookery habits. In all cases, whether duck cromesquis, burger, samosas, or simply a parmentier creation, all inspirations are good!
