ACCORDING TO THE JUDGES : Be it only for its slicing (unexpectedly lengthwise rather than across the with), this product has something very particular. However, originality is far from being its only specificity.

Thierry VERRAT: «Very nice product, with a premium curing, bamanced flavours and salt. We feel that the curring process has not been sped up. It is an incredible product».

David BRET: «There is a pleasant salt setting. It is visible on the lean meat, where fibers are tight. The curing process is wellconducted, the fat is shiny, translucent».
