INGREDIENTS Serves 4
4 rustic roll halves
4 slices of SarradeBayonne Ham
8 slices of ewe's cheese
A few mizuna leaves
Olive oil
Balsamic vinegar
PREPARATION
Toast the 4 bread halves.
Place an even layer of Bayonne ham and ewe's cheese across the top.
Grill until the cheese has melted.
Decorate with the mizuna leaves, seasoned with a few drops of oil and vinegar.
*Serve with a chicory and curly endive salad.
