Mozzarella and Ham Bruschetta

INGREDIENTS serves 8

8 slices of rustic bread
8 slices of Sarrade Bayonne Ham
4 tomatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 bunch of basil
1 clove garlic
200g mozzarella
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION :

Toast the bread and rub with the peeled garlic cloves.

 

Dice the tomatoes and place in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper then pour in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add a few leaves of chopped basil and mix.

 

Use a long, thin knife to make mozzarella shavings.

 

Cut the ham into strips.

 

Arrange the tomatoes on the bread. Add a few slices of ham and mozzarella shavings.

 

Serve immediately.

 

Heat the toasts in the oven for a hot version of this recipe.
