The Salon de Gourmets
Sarrade was present at the 33rd "Salon de Gourmets" in Madrid, which took place from 8 to 11 April 2019.
This international exhibition for gourmet products and high-end drinks is the European leader in high-end product exhibitions and one of the most prestigious exhibitions in the world.
With a history of more than 30 years, growing numbers and a thoroughly commercial spirit, this trade fair is aimed at national and international visitors from the hotel, restaurant, food distribution, retail, specialist shop and other sectors.
It is therefore quite natural that Sarrade, proudly represented by Richard Raynal, was present at this major event of the RHD. On this occasion, we presented and tasted our two Flavour of the Year for Catering 2019 award-winning products (add a link that redirects to the Flavour of the Year page): Whole Duck Foie Gras with grains of paradise and sweet spices 500g and Frozen Gastronomic Duck Foie Gras Cutlets - 60/80g.
