Smoked duck breast, Bayonne ham & egg bun hamburger
INGREDIENTS for 4 people:
4 fresh eggs
12 slices of smoked duck breast
4 thick slices of Bayonne Ham
4 slices of cheddar cheese
4 canned piquillos (or other variety)
4 tablespoons of double cream
Strongly toast the thick slices of ham.
Melt the cheddar for a few seconds.
Warm the buns in the toaster and spread double cream lightly on each part.
Place the slices of smoked duck breast, ham and cheese on top.
Cook a fried egg and add it to the burger, along with the piquillos.
Cover with the top of the bread.
Serve immediately with a sliced Iceberg lettuce salad.
